![]() ‘Thunder’ is one of the last songs we wrote for the record after writing the majority of the songs with other producers. Though you do get to see some pretty rad dance moves. With monsters and slightly odd placed sheep, the video is a bit of a clusterfuck of good intention and too many creative inputs. The black and white video vividly depicts the city life of the Eastern capital before delving into more surreal territory. The visuals accompanying the recent release were filmed in Dubai. “Feel the thunder”? Honestly, it’s more of a drizzle. Imagine Dragon do capture several elements that are interesting in their own manner, but the stern beat and the safe-play on grandness seem a tad over-used and give little substance to the tune itself. With his bouncy lyrical deliver, Dan Reynolds gives some life to an otherwise rather dull tune. With their characteristic mix of electronic and organic elements, Imagine Dragons stick to what their know on their new tune, Thunder. The Grammy-winning Las Vegas band follows up their global success Believer with new single Thunder. ![]()
